Aid in cooperation with the universities

In close cooperation with the universities' representative for disabled students, we are making the greatest effort possible to guarantee smooth integration into university routine.

In order to realize this project, a cooperation treaty has been agreed on with, e.g. the  Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg (MLU). In regular meetings all requests are looked into and possible aid schemes are worked out.
In case of complaint about hindering in study or taking exams, , the university's representative will try to help as best as he can.
For acquisition of adjuvants and all necessary contactmaking with the social support companies concerned, a representative of the Association for Student Affairs Halle is responsible.

Conjoint Office Hours

A fiduciary duty for disabled and chronically ill student's issues is prescribed in university and Association for Student Affairs law in Saxony-Anhalt in order to create equal opportunity in university instruction. It is considered an important task to be fullfilled by both the Association for Student Affairs and the university itself.

In order to fulfill said task as effectively as possible, we arranged for a weekly conjoint consulting session to take place together with the MLU's and Association for Student Affairs' representatives for disabled students, where disabled and chronically ill students get the possibility of expressing there ideas and concerns.
