The social counseling service offers appointments personally on site, by phone or e-mail and also as a video chat. In addition to German, we also provide advice in English, French and Arabic. Please let us know in advance which language you would like to be advised in.

If you need legal advice, please contact the lawyer, Ms. Huber-Schabel, directly.

In case of symptoms of illness or indisposition, please never visit the counseling center, but in these cases use the possibility of non-contact counseling or make a new appointment.

Our social counseling informs and advises you when neccessary on a variety of study related and everyday questions, especially on student financing.

Our aim is to develop, together with you, individual concepts of financing in the various phases of your studies. The focus is on finding one unique, optimal combination of financing possibilities that suits you.

By the way, we also help for example with book allowances, free meals, subsidies in very finacially tense situations .
