There are always questions in your everyday life where you want to play it safe: tenancy law, loan law, consumer protection law or law of obligations and questions about residence and immigration law.
We offer all students our free legal advice services carried out by the lawyer Mrs. Gabriele Huber-Schabel.
The legal advisory services are only possible for you on topics which do not direclty involve the Studentenwerk Halle.
Legal advice voucher
Regardless of the legal advice of Ms. Huber-Schabel, you can get in touch with the local district court for advice. If your application is approved, the consultancy fees for the consultation of a lawyer are covered. Here only an own contribution of 15 € is to be paid.

The counseling voucher is granted on an income-dependent basis and generally covers the costs of the counsling or those of a notice of opposition.
